Banquet Executive - The Hoxton Bengaluru City

This role supports the Banquet Manager in delivering seamless meetings, conferences, weddings and social events at The Hoxton Bengaluru City. The Banquet Executive coordinates banquet operations during shifts, ensures function rooms are set up to specification, and leads the banquet team to provide exceptional guest service. Working closely with Kitchen, Events and Stewarding teams, the role focuses on flawless event execution, cost monitoring, and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Banquet Manager in delivering seamless meetings, conferences, weddings and social events.
• Coordinate banquet operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional service and smooth event execution.
• Ensure all function rooms are set up to specification and maintained to the highest presentation standards.
• Lead and support the banquet team, creating a positive, guest-focused environment.
• Work closely with the Kitchen, Events and Stewarding teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve operational issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Monitor departmental costs, equipment and supplies while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Support the training and development of team members, encouraging continuous improvement.
