As a Groups & Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating events and group bookings at the 25hours Hotels in Zürich. You will handle group requests, prepare offers and contracts, manage bookings and rooming lists, and ensure smooth event execution in collaboration with internal departments. You will also meet with customers on site and communicate via phone to optimize capacity utilization.

Responsibilities

  • You take care of our event guests – hand in hand with your team, from morning until night
  • You coordinate events with all internal departments and make sure everyone has the information they need
  • You are responsible for all group requests starting from 8 rooms
  • You prepare offers, contracts, and invoices
  • You enter bookings into the system, create rooming lists, and make all arrangements for the perfect check-in and stay
  • You meet with customers on site and complement this with telephone communication
  • You put forward proposals in the company’s best interests in order to achieve optimal capacity utilisation
  • You keep a cool head – even when every room in the house is sold and the phones are ringing off the hook

Requirements

  • You have professional experience in a similar role and a passion for hospitality
  • You are an open and communicative person who isn’t afraid to assert yourself when needed
  • You enjoy working with people and inspiring them
  • You are enthusiastic about great food and drinks and love discovering new concepts
  • You bring not only your skills but also your personality to the table
  • You speak German and English fluently
