Sales Manager Wedding and Event – Aman Indonesia

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Manager Wedding and Event to join Aman Indonesia in Indonesia. Reporting to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing – Japan, Korea & Indonesia, you will be responsible for the operations within Aman Indonesia Resort. You will prepare and present regular reports on sales team activities, support the development and execution of sales wedding group & event activities, achieve monthly and annual personal targets and wedding group & event sales revenue, analyze market trends, conduct market research, work closely with operations, marketing, and reservations teams, ensure effective communication and exceptional guest experience, and develop and implement SOPs for Group & Wedding services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present regular reports on the results and activities of sales team.
• Supporting the development and execution of sales wedding group & event activities with a focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness to create awareness of the company’s brand proposition and drive commercial goals.
• Achieve the monthly and annual personal target and the wedding group & event sales revenue.
• Analyze market trends and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and develop new market segments for Group and Wedding Business.
• Work closely with operations, marketing, and reservations teams to design tailored Group & Wedding packages.
• Ensure effective communication and deliver exceptional guest experience aligned with Aman brand standards.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Group & Wedding services.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or diploma equivalent in business or marketing in related field is preferred.
• Proactive, resourceful, a team-player, self-motivated and action-oriented.
• A proven track record in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hotel / hospitality sector.
• Mastery of closing techniques, active listening, and the ability to overcome objections.
• Strong background in Wedding and Event.
• Analytical, well-organized with an aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
