The Program Manager will support the planning and execution of customer-facing events for Whole Foods Market's Brand Engagement & Experiences team. This role involves coordinating event logistics, managing vendors and supplies, and ensuring a positive customer experience during on-site execution. The manager will also track event communications and registrations, gather post-event feedback, and identify process improvements. Additionally, they will support project management of the annual Trends Report and integrate trends into experiential events.
Responsibilities
- - Work with Experiential lead to support the planning and execution of customer-facing events
- - Coordinate event logistics including vendor management, supplies, signage, transportation, and venue requirements
- - Support on-site event execution, troubleshooting operational issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- - Own and track event communication, registrations and post-event feedback
- - Identify opportunities to improve event processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer experience
- -Support project management of annual Trends Report as needed, including integration of trends into experiential events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Experience managing projects in a fast pace environment
- Experience in computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- • 3+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing or related field ### Preferred qualifications

- The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
