Marketing & Event Representative

The Trade Show Operations Representative will work directly with the Show Lead to manage all operational aspects of trade show booths, including booth design in 3D space, freight management, sourcing display products and furnishings, designing technical solutions for hands-on demonstrations, ordering utilities, and coordinating with third-party teams such as Teamsters, Electricians, Stagehands, and EAC. The role exists to ensure smooth and successful trade show participation for B&H.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Show Lead
• Assist with booth design in a 3D-space
• Manage freight
• Source display product, furnishings, structure, signage
• Design technical solutions for hands-on direct attendee demonstrations
• Order utilities
• Work directly with 3rd party teams – ie: Teamsters, Electricians, Stagehands, EAC

Requirements

• Experience with Map Your Show, a2z, or a similar software program is a must
• Analytical thinking
• Problem Solving
• Detail-oriented and quick thinking
• Interpersonal skills within a team environment
• Networking skills
• Understanding of basic electrical requirements

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of photography and videography is a plus
