This role plans, directs, and executes AV/VTC productions for executive meetings, conferences, live events, webinars, and hybrid collaboration environments. The coordinator serves as the primary liaison ensuring coordination of technical operations, personnel, and event logistics, and provides executive-level customer support before, during, and after events.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, production, and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events; serve as primary production lead for executive meetings, conferences, town halls, webinars, and special events.
- Develop production plans, event timelines, run-of-show documents, cue sheets, and contingency plans; coordinate rehearsals, technical run-throughs, and presenter briefings.
- Direct live event operations, ensuring smooth transitions between speakers, presentations, and multimedia content; monitor audio, video, lighting, streaming, and presentation systems.
- Oversee recording and live streaming of events to internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate with IT teams, AV technicians, and VTC operators; assign production roles; manage event schedules, equipment availability, and staffing requirements.
- Conduct post-event reviews; maintain production documentation, SOPs, and equipment inventories.
- Consult with customers to determine event objectives and technical requirements; recommend production solutions based on audience size, venue, technology, and budget.
- Provide executive-level customer support before, during, and after events; deliver presenter orientation and coaching on AV/VTC technologies.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience supporting an environment similar to EEOC's.
- Experience supporting comparable AV/VTC equipment and systems.
- Experience working with dispersed, multi-site field office environments.
- Must currently hold, or be able to favorably pass, a full-field five-year employment background investigation (SF-85P) prior to performing work.
- Acceptable command of the English language.
