Confort Kitchen & Bath busca un Event Coordinator altamente organizado y enérgico para unirse a su equipo en Houston, TX. El rol es responsable de planificar, coordinar y ejecutar eventos que promuevan los servicios de remodelación de cocinas y baños de la empresa. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de marketing y ventas para asegurar que cada evento sea exitoso, atractivo y genere clientes potenciales de calidad.

Responsibilities

Research, schedule, and coordinate home shows, trade shows, community events, fairs, and festivals.
Manage event logistics, including booth setup, breakdown, and event materials.
Represent Confort Kitchen & Bath professionally while engaging with prospective customers.
Generate high-quality leads for the sales team during events.
Coordinate event schedules and calendars to ensure adequate staffing and successful execution.
Recruit, train, and support event staff and brand ambassadors as needed.
Track event performance, lead generation, inventory, and event budgets.
Maintain accurate reports and provide regular updates to management.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve event performance and customer engagement.
Ensure all events reflect the company's professional brand image.

Requirements

Previous experience in event coordination, event marketing, promotions, or customer engagement.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work weekends and attend scheduled events.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
Ability to stand for extended periods during events and lift event materials as needed.

Nice to have

Experience coordinating schedules, vendors, or event logistics is preferred.
Experience working trade shows, expos, or promotional events.
Leadership or team coordination experience.
Background in home improvement, retail, or marketing is a plus.
