Event Promoter

We are looking for an outgoing and confident Event Sales Lead to represent our walk-in shower company at home shows, fairs, and festivals. Your main responsibility is to engage attendees, create natural conversations, identify homeowners with bathroom projects, and schedule qualified in-home appointments for our sales team. You will work the crowd rather than waiting behind a booth, demonstrate products, and manage multiple conversations. This is a part-time, seasonal role with opportunities for growth into leadership positions within our event marketing department.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage people at home shows, fairs and festivals
• Create energy and keep the booth inviting
• Work the crowd instead of waiting for people to come to you
• Ask questions to identify genuine bathroom projects
• Demonstrate shower systems, samples and our digital visualizer
• Set qualified in-home appointments
• Manage multiple conversations without becoming pushy or scripted
• Keep lead information accurate
• Help with booth setup and teardown
• Eventually help train and lead additional event staff

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout Greater Seattle and the Puget Sound area
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Background and driving record check

Benefits

• $350–$450 per day + uncapped performance bonuses
• Performance pay is uncapped. Paid weekly.
• A strong three-day show can pay approximately $2,800.
