As the Sales Event and Group Rooms Coordinator for Block22 Hotels, you will be a key member of the sales team, serving as the central go-to person to ensure that a wide range of guests and clients' needs are seamlessly met. You will manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and high volumes of information in a fast-paced environment, while collaborating across Sales, Conference Services, Reservations, Rooms, Accounting, and other hotel departments. Your role involves entering, reviewing, reconciling, and maintaining information across multiple systems, and providing consistent, professional hospitality to guests and clients.

Requirements
- • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and high volumes of information in a fast-paced environment.
- • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when entering, reviewing, reconciling, and maintaining information across multiple systems.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with guests, clients, and internal departments.
- • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships while delivering consistent, professional hospitality experience.
- • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies, resolve routine issues, and appropriately escalate matters when necessary.
- • Proficiency with standard office technology and the ability to quickly learn and effectively navigate multiple software applications, databases, and hotel systems.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Conference Services, Reservations, Rooms, Accounting, and other hotel departments.
- • Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support a positive guest and team-member experience.
