Event Manager- Live Oaks Golf Club

The Event Manager at the Reed House at Live Oaks Golf Club is responsible for ensuring guests have a memorable experience during their wedding day. Duties include making sure all access points are available, final preparations are set before the ceremony, and confirming vendors are set prior to the event. The role requires remaining on property and visible during the event and addressing any concerns that arise.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests at all times
• Make sure gate to the Reed House is open
• Have access points open and available to vendors
• Ensure all preparations are set in advance of the start of the event
• Remain on property and visible during duration of the event
• Address any concerns during events

Requirements

• Exceptional ability to plan banquets, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
• Extensive knowledge of catering equipment and venue requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
