This role is a traveling Regional Event & Entertainment Coordinator for Boston Pizza, responsible for hosting and emceeing weekly interactive events like Trivia Nights, Music Bingo, and Karaoke across six locations. The coordinator will create engaging social media content to promote events and drive traffic, network with local groups to book private parties and fundraisers, and coordinate with store teams to ensure seamless execution on event nights.
Responsibilities
- Host & Emcee Across the Region: Take center stage! You will hit the road to host and emcee weekly interactive events like Trivia Nights, Music Bingo, and fundraisers across all 6 locations.
- Content Creation & Social Media: Pack the house by building online excitement! You will create engaging TikToks, Instagram reels/posts, and Facebook updates to promote your upcoming event schedule, highlight daily specials, and showcase the fun happening live at each location.
- Drive Local Bookings: Network and coordinate with local sports teams, schools, and corporate groups in each community to book team wind-ups, community fundraisers, and private parties.
- Coordinate with Store Teams: Work hand-in-hand with the management and service staff at each specific location to ensure seamless execution and top-tier service on event nights.
Requirements
- Big, Adaptable Personality: You love the mic, excel at engaging different crowds, and know how to bring high energy to every room you walk into.
- Social Media Savvy: You know what makes a good TikTok, how to build an Instagram aesthetic, and how to reach locals on Facebook. You are comfortable on camera and editing quick promotional content on the fly.
- Reliable Wheels & Valid License: Since you will be managing and hosting events across 6 distinct locations from New Westminster to Abbotsford/Mission, a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are non-negotiable.
- Top-Tier Organization: You can seamlessly manage a multi-location calendar, track regional group bookings, and ensure all trivia, content plans, or event materials are packed and ready to roll before you arrive.
