Sugarloaf Race and On-Snow Event Crew

Join the Race and Event Crew at Sugarloaf for the winter season, setting up, running, and tearing down alpine, snowboard, and freestyle competitions and events on the mountain. The role focuses on providing professional and safe events for all competitors while maintaining equipment and facilities. This full-time seasonal position is ideal for those who love skiing or riding and enjoy working outdoors in all conditions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and tear down events
• Maintain and keep track of equipment
• Assist in keeping competition department buildings clean
• Provide safe, professional, and fair events for all competitors

Requirements

• Must be able to ski or ride all trails in all conditions
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to ski or ride carrying 25 – 35 pounds of equipment down trails to event sites
• Some event experience is helpful, willingness to learn is a must
