The Associate Recruiter- University Events Lead is responsible for managing university partnerships and executing on-campus and virtual event strategies across assigned school portfolios and job families. This role builds relationships with business partners and recruiting teams to create meaningful candidate experiences that attract top talent for internship and early career programs. The Event Lead will own dedicated school portfolios, manage budgets and logistics, and measure event success to present findings to stakeholders. Travel up to 30-35% during peak campus recruiting seasons is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, execute, and own on-campus and virtual event strategies for a dedicated portfolio of partner schools to engage students and guide them through the recruiting funnel.
  • Travel up to 30–35% during peak campus recruiting seasons (specifically September–November and March–April), typically spending 2 to 3 days per week on the road for up to 14 weeks per year.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate and associate/client experience across all hosted events while protecting company brand, reputation, and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to prepare executives, business partners, and associates traveling to campus representations.
  • Manage allocated school budgets, oversee logistics, and maintain precise candidate tracking data.
  • Utilize strong project management skills to set timelines, manage cross-functional deadlines, and drive cross-functional alignment between Students & Grads and lines of business.
  • Build, manage, and nurture collaborative relationships across key stakeholder groups internally and externally.
  • Measure and track event success, analyze return on investment (ROI), and present key findings to high-level stakeholders and business partners.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • Ability and willingness to travel 30–35% during peak campus recruiting seasons

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ year of experience in event planning or project management
  • 1+ year of experience in campus recruiting or sourcing
