Banqueting Floor Manager at JW Marriott Grosvenor House

As a Banqueting Floor Manager at JW Marriott Grosvenor House, you will lead the banquet service team to deliver flawless events and exceptional guest experiences. You will respond to special banquet arrangements, resolve issues promptly, assist in training and motivating staff, and ensure seamless coordination with the kitchen. Your role is central to maintaining the hotel's prestigious reputation and creating memorable dining and event experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and try to fulfil any special banquet event arrangements and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling and motivating employees
• Communicate any additional meal requirements or special requests to the kitchen
• Ensure banquet staff is working together as a team, inspect staff’s grooming standards
