This is a temporary part-time Events Executive role at Pier One Sydney Harbour, a Marriott International property. The role involves ensuring events progress seamlessly, integrating current trends in event and wedding management, delivering excellent customer service, and maximizing revenue opportunities through up-selling and enhancements. Responsibilities
- Ensures that events progress seamlessly by following established procedures, collaborating with other employees and ensuring accuracy.
- Uses own Judgement to integrate current trends in event/weeding management and event/wedding design.
- Delivers excellent customer service throughout the customer experience and encourages the same from other employees.
- Uses personal judgment and expertise to enhance the customer experience
- Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events
