Event Executive (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• You will independently manage your own clients and projects, from the initial inquiry through to successful execution.

• You will confidently negotiate contracts and ensure that all agreements are managed effectively.
• You will respond to individual client needs and develop creative, tailor-made solutions.

• You have a keen eye for detail and know how to create memorable experiences that exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• You remain calm and maintain an overview even during busy peak times, acting responsibly and with confidence. Your strong attention to detail and high quality standards, combined with a natural warmth and friendliness when dealing with guests and clients, set you apart. Ideally, you already have relevant experience in the event- or hotel industry (minimum 1-2 years) and are fluent in both German and English.
