The Food & Beverage Attendant - Event Operations role at The Westin Perth Hotel involves providing excellent dining experiences to guests across various outlets including Haven Lounge, Garum Restaurant, Executive Lounge, Mini Bar, In Room Dining, and Events Operations (Banquets). The role focuses on delivering 5-star service during events and banquets, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The position requires flexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, and occasional overnight shifts.

Requirements

Previous experience in similar positions advantageous
Barista experience highly regarded
High tea service experience highly regarded
Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
Enjoy looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience is provided
Have a keen eye for detail
Able to work within a team
Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shifts.
Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
