As a Conference Concierge, you will work with the Food and Beverage – Conference Services team to ensure a positive experience for all guests by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service. You will work a rotating schedule and be responsible for meeting room set-ups, maintenance and tear-downs, plus deliveries of coffee break services. Additional responsibilities may include supporting the outlet serving staff during slower conference periods by taking orders, operating the electronic cash register/POS system, cleaning outlet areas, and answering guest inquiries about food and beverage offerings, hotel services, the local area, and hours of operation.

Requirements

You don’t shy away from being on your feet for 8 hours in a demanding role or problem solving on-the-fly.
