The Venue Manager leads the Lobby Lounge, a premium venue located in the heart of Crown Metropol that offers coffee, breakfast and High Tea by day and a vibrant lounge with tapas, cocktails, champagne and live entertainment by night. The role is responsible for the overall performance of the venue, driving operational excellence while fostering a culture of service, accountability and continuous improvement. The manager oversees daily operations, coaches and develops a diverse hospitality team, and manages labour, financial performance, stock control and compliance. Building strong stakeholder relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and guest satisfaction are central to the position.

Requirements

Previous leadership experience in a Venue Manager role
Commercially focused with proven success leading teams and delivering operational outcomes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
A current Approved Manager's License or willingness to obtain one
Full availability across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Hold full Australian working rights
