This is a hands-on operations role at the intersection of traditional financial markets and digital assets. You will own end-to-end workflows for asset integrations, manage critical platform events, and serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners. The role involves coordinating with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure smooth operations and successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operational workflows for new digital asset integrations and asset offerings across products — from initial assessment through to live launch and ongoing maintenance.
  • Oversee and execute platform updates for critical asset events: token migrations, smart contract swaps, protocol upgrades, rebrands, and asset deprecation/offboarding. Precision and timing are everything.
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for external project teams, foundations, and key stakeholders. You will be the face of our operations to the ecosystem — reliable, responsive, and sharp.
  • Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Support to align on technical requirements, regulatory guidelines, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate internally to facilitate joint promotional campaigns, user engagement activities, and ecosystem growth initiatives with external partners.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, operational trackers, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Continuously identify and implement process improvements to scale operations efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a closely related discipline. A solid foundational understanding of financial markets — how they function, how transactions settle, and how risk is managed — is required.
  • 1+ year of professional experience in TradFi: investment banking, asset management, capital markets, corporate finance, accounting, or similar. You understand what operational rigour looks like in a regulated, high-stakes environment. A genuine interest in transitioning into Web3 and the digital asset sector is essential.
  • You operate with a deep sense of ownership and urgency. You are proactive in unblocking bottlenecks, highly responsive to internal and external stakeholders, and consistently drive projects to completion with minimal hand-holding.
  • Uncompromising ethics, always. You will regularly handle highly sensitive, market-moving information and must exercise absolute discretion and professionalism.
  • Meticulous and exact. You catch what others miss — flawless execution in time-sensitive and critical workflows is non-negotiable.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. You know how to prioritise, escalate, and close.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable liaising with external ecosystem partners and highly technical internal teams alike. Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
