As a Technical Event Coordinator at Daos Hub, you will own the technical excellence behind every event, transforming creative concepts into flawless live experiences. You will manage all technical aspects including lighting, sound, LED screens, stage setup, and streaming, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams. Over your first 90 days, you will progress from learning the event ecosystem to independently managing technical execution and eventually taking full ownership of the technical function, shaping workflows and ensuring high-quality standards for up to 20 events per month.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage all technical aspects of events, including lighting, sound, LED screens, stage setup, and streaming
Prepare technical riders, cue lists, and detailed show timelines
Collect, review, and test presentations and media assets before each event
Conduct sound checks and coordinate technical rehearsals with speakers (on-site and online)
Collaborate with AV vendors, designers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Monitor live events and resolve technical issues in real time
Build and maintain structured technical workflows, documentation, and SOPs
Continuously improve production processes to support scalability and high-quality standards

Requirements

2–4+ years of experience in technical event production or live production
Experience with conferences, panels, podcasts, live streams, or hybrid formats
Strong understanding of broadcast and streaming requirements
Experience coordinating AV and technical vendors
Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve live technical issues quickly
Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset
Upper-Intermediate+ English

Dubai market experience is a strong plus.
