Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Events Manager, ensuring the efficient management of event enquiries and bookings.
  • Manage incoming event enquiries, maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems accordingly.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and other event-related documentation as directed by the Events Manager.
  • Coordinate event logistics with operational departments to ensure all requirements are communicated accurately.
  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding information, confirmations, and documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, venue inspections, and event planning activities.
  • Maintain organized event files, calendars, and booking schedules.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners to support the successful delivery of events.
  • Attend fairs and onsite events when required to provide administrative and operational support.
  • Work evenings and weekends based on business requirements and event schedules.
  • Carry out any other administrative duties related to the Events function as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, events, or sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident dealing with clients and managing multiple enquiries simultaneously.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
