Audio Visual Technician, Southland Casino

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Audio Visual Technician to join the team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. The AV Technician will work under the direction of the CCTV Manager to operate video cameras and manage the tote board during live racing season, following state gaming regulations and company policies. The role involves following live action on the racetrack, maintaining equipment, and ensuring professional conduct with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating video cameras, following the live action on the racetrack
• Understand racing jargon, classes, stakes, wagering, and colors
• Clean and maintain work area, protecting equipment from weather
• Professional conduct toward guests and team members
• Maintain communication and dialogue with the CCTV manager for scheduling

Requirements

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Be licensed by the appropriate state gaming regulation
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and learn quickly
• Excellent guest service skills
