The company is looking for a highly organized, execution-oriented marketing professional to scale its event, outbound, and marketing operations activities. Sitting at the intersection of events, sales, and marketing, the role owns the operational work that helps the team generate pipeline: coordinating international industry events, researching prospects, maintaining CRM data, supporting outbound campaigns, and keeping marketing assets organized and accessible. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys making things happen in a fast-paced startup environment and takes pride in creating structure, improving processes, and delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision. The role also gives the Marketing Manager more capacity to focus on strategic priorities such as brand, positioning, content, website development, sales enablement, and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Help Deligo generate pipeline by ensuring events, prospecting initiatives, and outbound campaigns are executed consistently and at a high standard
- Enable smooth event execution through proactive planning and stakeholder coordination
- Create structure and operational excellence across marketing activities, reducing bottlenecks and improving execution speed
- Ensure prospect and CRM data is accurate, organized, and actionable for both sales and marketing teams
- Support the launch and tracking of outbound campaigns through strong research, list building, and campaign coordination
- Improve the organization and accessibility of marketing assets, documentation, and sales materials
- Give the Marketing Manager more capacity to focus on strategic priorities such as brand, positioning, content, website development, sales enablement, and growth initiatives
- Become a trusted operational partner to both marketing and sales, helping turn ideas and plans into measurable business outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, project coordination, or a similar marketing role ideally in a B2B environment
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
- Naturally curious about AI, automation, and modern productivity tools
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and execution skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM platforms; HubSpot experience is a strong advantage
- Experience supporting outbound campaigns, prospect research, or sales enablement is a plus
- Great visual sense and experience with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage
- Experience in a B2B SaaS startup or a strong interest in the European startup ecosystem is highly valued
