Bilingual Talent Engagement & Events Coordinator

Ce poste de coordonnateur bilingue (anglais/français) est basé au bureau du centre-ville de Montréal. Vous serez responsable de la coordination des initiatives de campus, des conférences et des événements de recrutement, en gérant la logistique de bout en bout, y compris les lieux, la restauration, l'expédition et le matériel. Vous soutiendrez les équipes de recrutement du Québec dans la génération de leads, l'engagement des candidats et les suivis, tout en collaborant avec l'équipe des communications pour assurer la conformité de la marque.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of campus initiatives, conferences, and recruitment events
• Play a key role in supporting Quebec-based recruiting teams and talent initiatives
• Own end-to-end event logistics including planning, vendors, materials, and onsite execution
• Support candidate engagement activities including follow-ups, lead generation, and job postings
• Manage event supplies, swag, shipping, and logistics to ensure seamless execution
• Contribute to a high-impact campus presence and exceptional candidate experience

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a fast-paced or professional environment
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to manage competing priorities and timelines effectively
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating engaging candidate and campus experiences

Nice to have

• Previous recruitment experience (considered a strong asset)

Benefits

• *The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 annually + 10% bonus. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
