AV Technician

Digital Consultants busca un Técnico de AV para unirse a su equipo. El técnico proporcionará soporte integral de AV para todos los sistemas y equipos, actuando como principal ejecutor de soporte técnico en sitio. Realizará inspecciones de mantenimiento preventivo, actualizará programas, software y firmware, y hará los ajustes, calibraciones y reparaciones necesarios a los sistemas de AV.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AV systems, including all audio, video, and control components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AV systems, including diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues.
• Utilize manufacturer software and hardware tools to maintain and troubleshoot AV Systems
• Collaborate with others to ensure that AV systems are integrated and working seamlessly with other technologies, such as videoconferencing, networking and security systems.
• Input detailed ticket notes and maintain trouble tickets through their lifecycle
• Gather and maintain inventories of AV systems and their individual components
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and make recommendations for new products or upgrades to existing AV systems.
