Special Events Coordinator

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing exceptional events that inspire and engage donors. It involves overseeing all logistics, from vendor management and donor communication to on-site coordination and post-event follow-up. The coordinator ensures every detail is handled flawlessly in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the mission of re-energizing the Catholic Church in America.

Responsibilities

• Dynamic Catholic is looking for a Special Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute exceptional events that inspire and engage our donors. This role is responsible for overseeing all logistics—from vendor management and donor communication to on-site coordination and post-event follow-up. • Creative instincts for elevating the guest experience through thoughtful details and meaningful touches.
• Experience leading volunteers or support staff during events.
