Baseball Event Director - Burleson, TX

This role involves assisting with the setup and operation of baseball tournaments, supporting coaches, players, and families, ensuring games run smoothly, and representing the organization professionally. The position is based in the Burleson area and may include opportunities to work events in other locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and operation of baseball tournaments
• Support coaches, players, and families throughout the event
• Help ensure games run smoothly and on schedule
• Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work weekends (typically a few weekends each month)
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
