This role involves serving as Event Staff and Tournament Director for baseball tournaments in the Charleston area. The person will assist with the setup and operation of events, support coaches, players, and families, and help ensure games run smoothly and on schedule. They will represent the organization professionally while working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The position is based in the Charleston market, with potential opportunities to work events in other locations throughout the year.
Responsibilities
