This role involves serving as Event Staff and Tournament Director for baseball events in the Chattanooga area, representing one of the world's largest sports sanctioning organizations. The person in this position will assist with the setup and operation of tournaments, support coaches, players, and families throughout events, and help ensure games run smoothly and on schedule. Working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, they will help create a first-class experience for participants while representing the brand in the local community. Training and administrative support are provided so the focus stays on delivering a great event experience, with occasional opportunities to work events in other locations.

Responsibilities

Assist with the setup and operation of baseball tournaments
Support coaches, players, and families throughout the event
Help ensure games run smoothly and on schedule
Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner
Work outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work weekends (typically a few weekends each month)
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
