This role involves assisting with the setup and operation of baseball tournaments in the Destin area, supporting coaches, players, and families throughout events, and ensuring games run smoothly and on schedule. The position requires representing the organization professionally and working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Training and administrative support are provided, allowing the focus to be on delivering a great event experience.

Responsibilities

Assist with the setup and operation of baseball tournaments
Support coaches, players, and families throughout the event
Help ensure games run smoothly and on schedule

Requirements
