As a Junior Event Manager, you will work 100% on a key pharmaceutical client, supporting Project Managers in the planning, coordination and delivery of pharmaceutical events, meetings and congresses. Your responsibilities include attendee management, logistics coordination, supplier communication and project administration, as well as preparing documentation and maintaining timelines. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across multiple projects, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination and delivery of pharmaceutical events, meetings and congresses
  • Assist with attendee management, logistics coordination, supplier communication and project administration activities
  • Prepare project documentation, reporting materials and tracking tools to support successful event delivery
  • Maintain project timelines, action logs and event documentation while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth execution across multiple projects
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adopt new tools, technologies and ways of working

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience within event management, event coordination or project coordination roles
  • Previous experience working within an event agency environment
  • Experience supporting corporate, pharmaceutical or healthcare events
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, together with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken, and availability to travel regularly

Nice to have

  • Experience with Cvent, including attendee management and registration processes
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare compliance requirements
