We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for ElevenLabs through world-class event planning and execution. This role is critical to our marketing, sales, and partnership efforts, ensuring our presence at industry-leading events and creating memorable experiences that reinforce our brand in the AI space. As Event Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of events—designing strategies, securing sponsorships, managing logistics, and leading on-site activations. You will play a pivotal role in crafting high-impact events that strengthen relationships, spark meaningful conversations, and position ElevenLabs as a thought leader in AI.

Responsibilities

Develop & Execute Event Strategy – Build and manage a portfolio of events, including major industry conferences, exclusive executive gatherings, and local meetups to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Maximize Event Impact & ROI – Define event tiers, identify sponsorship opportunities, and tailor event strategies to different audience segments to optimize reach and effectiveness.
Lead Full Event Lifecycle – Oversee everything from planning and promotion to execution and post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless coordination and maximum engagement.
Own On-Site Experience – Act as the primary point of contact during events, ensuring smooth operations, handling last-minute challenges, and representing ElevenLabs with confidence and professionalism.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with marketing, sales, partnerships, and product teams to align event goals with business objectives and amplify impact.
Analyze & Optimize Performance – Track key event metrics, gather insights, and continuously refine strategies to enhance future event success.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the tech or AI industry.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a talent for creating impactful experiences and seamlessly managing cross-functional collaboration.
A passion for AI and emerging technologies, with an eagerness to represent ElevenLabs in the industry.
Proven track record of planning and executing events that drive engagement, build relationships, and generate high-quality leads.
Experience managing event budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost efficiency.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities with ease.
Willingness to travel as needed to oversee event planning, execution, and on-site engagement.
