Publican (Venue Manager) - Brass Monkey Hotel

This is a Venue Manager (Publican) role at the Brass Monkey Hotel, a multi-outlet pub in Northbridge, Perth. You will lead the venue, overseeing operations across the Asian restaurant, sports bar, and other outlets, ensuring smooth, safe, and compliant running. You'll manage the team, drive performance, and build community relationships while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.

Requirements

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
• Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
