This is a hands-on role leading a local pub, the Peel Alehouse, where you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing the day-to-day operations, and driving a high-performing team. You'll know the locals by name, keep a sharp eye on the P&L, and ensure the venue runs safely and compliantly. Your main purpose is to turn strangers into friends and build pub experiences that keep guests coming back.

Requirements

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
