Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of B2B marketing programs and campaigns, including content creation tailored to key buyer personas.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and engage target accounts, including coordinating customized marketing campaigns and materials and tracking campaign activities, deliverables, timelines, and performance to ensure programs stay on track.
  • Support the development, organization, and ongoing maintenance of marketing collateral and sales enablement materials.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure events align with broader sales, marketing, and business objectives.
  • Own the events strategy and planning process, including identifying and researching priority conferences, evaluating opportunities to reach target audiences, and recommending the appropriate marketing and sales presence.
  • Manage event vendors and relationships, budgets, timelines, and logistics, working closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to evaluate and approve event opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end event execution, including hotel bookings, vendor coordination, communications, promotional activities, booth materials, speaker applications, panelist outreach and coordination, and leadership presentations.
  • Own pre- and post-event planning, campaigns, and follow-up activities while collaborating with Sales to maximize engagement and pipeline opportunities.

  • Project manage marketing and content initiatives from concept through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to transform complex product and business concepts into clear, compelling content.
  • Support the creation of product videos, scripts, presentations, and other multimedia content, including translating product concepts into engaging video scripts and coordinating the production process.
  • Manage project timelines, reviews, approvals, feedback, and revisions across multiple content initiatives.
  • Ensure all marketing content is accurate, consistent, on-brand, and delivered according to schedule.
  • Partner with Sales to create and manage digital data rooms for prospects and active opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date library of marketing assets and ensure materials are easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the weekly review and distribution of new LinkedIn posts and blog content.
