- Support the development, organization, and ongoing maintenance of marketing collateral and sales enablement materials.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure events align with broader sales, marketing, and business objectives.
- Own the events strategy and planning process, including identifying and researching priority conferences, evaluating opportunities to reach target audiences, and recommending the appropriate marketing and sales presence.
- Manage event vendors and relationships, budgets, timelines, and logistics, working closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to evaluate and approve event opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end event execution, including hotel bookings, vendor coordination, communications, promotional activities, booth materials, speaker applications, panelist outreach and coordination, and leadership presentations.

- Manage event data and follow-up activities in HubSpot, including pulling attendee lists, creating tasks, updating records, and coordinating outreach.
- Project manage marketing and content initiatives from concept through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to transform complex product and business concepts into clear, compelling content.
- Support the creation of product videos, scripts, presentations, and other multimedia content, including translating product concepts into engaging video scripts and coordinating the production process.
- Manage project timelines, reviews, approvals, feedback, and revisions across multiple content initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing content is accurate, consistent, on-brand, and delivered according to schedule.
- Partner with Sales to create and manage digital data rooms for prospects and active opportunities.
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date library of marketing assets and ensure materials are easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate the weekly review and distribution of new LinkedIn posts and blog content.
- Coordinate podcast production and publishing, including managing Buzzsprout setup and publishing requirements.

- Must have an execution oriented mindset and strong project management and communication skills. You have a strong understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey, especially in complex, enterprise-level sales cycles, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and support internal stakeholders with what they need to close the deal.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment between Marketing and Sales.
