The role involves planning, executing and supervising events of up to 5,000 guests at a large hotel, congress and entertainment venue. The coordinator acts as the direct contact for national and international clients before and during events, serving as the interface between customers and the operational departments. Responsibilities include coordinating with all involved departments, organizing the preparation and follow-up of every type of event, checking event spaces for booked equipment and services, and handling administrative tasks. The position requires willingness to work early and late shifts as well as weekends.
Responsibilities
- Durchführung und Betreuung von Veranstaltungen mit bis zu 5.000 Personen
- Direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Gäste vor und während der Veranstaltung
- Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden und den operativen Abteilungen
- Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit den involvierten Abteilungen
- Organisation der Vor- und Nacharbeiten zu jeder Art von Veranstaltung
- Kontrolle der Veranstaltungsflächen z.B. auf gebuchte Ausstattung und Leistungen
- Administrative Tätigkeiten
Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelfach oder im Veranstaltungskaufbereich
- Erste Berufserfahrungen im Veranstaltungsbereich
- Hohe Fachkompetenz und Organisationsfähigkeit
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Überzeugendes Auftreten
- Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Freude am Umgang mit unseren nationalen und internationalen Gästen
- Bereitschaft im Früh- und Spätdienst sowie am Wochenende zu arbeiten
