National Conference | Event Staff | Anaheim, CA

Este rol de personal de eventos y asistentes de producción apoya una conferencia nacional importante en Anaheim, CA, durante una semana en octubre de 2026. Las responsabilidades incluyen el registro de asistentes, servicio de conserjería en el salón de patrocinadores y la oficina VIP, saludos y orientación, y servir como monitores de puertas y anfitriones de salas. Los supervisores brindan liderazgo en el sitio, monitoreando la asistencia del personal y comunicándose con el liderazgo de Fierce. El rol requiere profesionalismo, habilidades de comunicación y la capacidad de mantenerse tranquilo bajo presión en un entorno de eventos en vivo.

Responsibilities

• Assembling registration packets and leading the attendee registration experience
• Assisting with registration setup and breakdown
• Providing concierge support in the sponsor lounge and VIP office
• Greeting and wayfinding support for attendees
• Serving as Door Monitors, Room Hosts, and Festival Staff as assigned
• Working full days and monitoring staff attendance
• Supporting client needs on-site
• Communicating directly with Fierce Leadership throughout the event

Requirements

• Highly professional and polished in appearance and manner
• Strong communicators with excellent customer service instincts
• Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities in a live event environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to performing at a high level
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods throughout a full shift

Nice to have

• Prior experience in conference, convention, hospitality, or large-scale event staffing is strongly preferred
