National Conference | Event Staff | Los Angeles

Este puesto de personal de eventos y asistentes de producción para una conferencia nacional en Los Ángeles implica apoyar la experiencia de los asistentes en registro, hospitalidad, producción y operaciones generales del evento. Los asistentes de producción ensamblarán paquetes de registro, ayudarán con la configuración y desmontaje del lugar, brindarán apoyo de conserjería en áreas VIP y saludarán a los asistentes. Los embajadores de marca representarán a la empresa y a los clientes, interactuando con los asistentes en stands y activaciones, distribuyendo materiales y gestionando el flujo de registro. El rol requiere disponibilidad durante las fechas del evento y una entrevista virtual obligatoria.

Responsibilities

• Assembling registration packets and swag bags
• Assisting with venue setup and breakdown
• Providing concierge support in sponsor lounges and VIP areas
• Greeting and wayfinding support for attendees
• Serving as Stage Production Assistant or Events Team Assistant as assigned
• Greeting and engaging attendees at booths, activations, and general session areas
• Distributing materials and answering general attendee questions
• Supporting registration flow and crowd management
• Assisting with event operations as directed by supervisors

Requirements

• Highly professional and polished in appearance and manner
• Strong communicators with excellent customer service instincts
• Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities in a live event environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to performing at a high level
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods throughout a full shift
• Prior experience in conference, convention, hospitality, or large-scale event staffing is strongly preferred
