NMSDC Event Staff | Los Angeles

Fierce Staffing Services is seeking polished, professional Event Staff and Production Assistants to support the NMSDC National Conference in Los Angeles, CA. This is a high-visibility, high-expectation assignment requiring team members who bring professionalism, precision, and poise to every shift. The role involves supporting the on-the-ground guest experience across registration, hospitality, production, and general event operations throughout the conference. Responsibilities include assembling registration packets, assisting with venue setup and breakdown, providing concierge support, greeting attendees, and serving as stage production assistant as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assembling registration packets and swag bags
• Assisting with venue setup and breakdown
• Providing concierge support in the sponsor's lounge and VIP/CEO Office
• Greeting and wayfinding support for attendees
• Serving as Stage Production Assistant as assigned
• Supporting the Events Team as an Events Team Assistant

Requirements

• Highly professional and polished in appearance and manner
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong communicators with excellent customer service instincts
• Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities in a live event environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to performing at a high level
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods throughout a full shift

Nice to have

• Prior experience in conference, convention, hospitality, or large-scale event staffing is strongly preferred
