The Event Coordinator is a client-facing role responsible for delivering a seamless, hospitality-driven food and beverage experience at assigned locations. The role involves setting up and tearing down events, receiving restaurants, delivering food, problem-solving, and providing real-time customer service. The position is part-time, working Tuesday through Thursday, with travel to various client sites in Orange County.

Responsibilities

Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure an exceptional customer experience each day.
Receive restaurants on-site each day and deliver ordered food to client's satellite office down the road.
Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late restaurant arrivals, incorrect email communication, or technology issues
Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
Conduct daily audits to ensure high quality service and compliance from our restaurant partners
Escalate issues to the Client Success Team when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
