This is a part-time Event Coordinator role in Tulsa, supporting a busy Fooda client location in an outdoor, construction-site-type environment. You will be responsible for the onsite execution of Fooda events, including setup, restaurant partner support, customer engagement, breakdown, and cleanup. The role requires being hands-on, on your feet, and proactive to ensure a welcoming and professional food service experience. You will also learn and use Fooda's technology and systems, and communicate issues to the Operations Manager as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support the onsite execution of Fooda events, including setup, restaurant support, customer experience, breakdown, and cleanup
- Prepare the service area and make sure it is clean, organized, professional, and ready for customers
- Welcome our local restaurant partners onsite and assist them with setup and operational needs
- Interact with customers throughout service and provide friendly, proactive hospitality
- Keep service areas, equipment, and surrounding spaces clean and organized throughout the shift
- Monitor restaurant setups to ensure Fooda standards for presentation, cleanliness, and overall experience are consistently met
- Problem-solve onsite issues such as late restaurant arrivals, missing or incorrect items, equipment needs, and other service challenges
- Learn and confidently use Fooda’s technology, systems, and standard operating procedures
- Communicate issues and updates to the Operations Manager and escalate when additional support is needed
- Jump in wherever needed to keep service moving smoothly at this busy location
Requirements

Nice to have
- Previous restaurant, catering, serving, banquet, event, food service, or hospitality experience is strongly preferred
