We are looking for an Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing Events and Promotions team. This role involves supporting live events, trade shows, promotional campaigns, and marketing activations for various brands and clients. You will assist with event preparation, customer engagement, marketing, and team operations while working alongside experienced team members. No previous event or marketing experience is required, as we provide paid training and professional development to help you build the skills needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

Assist with event marketing, promotions, and trade show activities
Help prepare event spaces, displays, promotional materials, and supplies
Assist with event setup and breakdown
Support event staff and help ensure events run smoothly
Help organize inventory, displays, and promotional materials
Participate in live events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
Communicate with customers and event attendees in a professional and friendly manner
Follow event timelines, instructions, and daily priorities
Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
Work collaboratively with team members to accomplish event and marketing goals
Develop skills in marketing, communication, customer service, leadership, and event operations

Requirements
