As a Senior Marketing Events Specialist at Insulet, you will plan and execute internal meetings, external field conferences, and industry tradeshows. You will work closely with the Marketing Events Manager to determine event strategy, coordinate logistics, and manage onsite events of various sizes, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors, manage production schedules, and improve project management processes to deliver consistent high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute internal meetings, external field conferences, and industry tradeshows
Must be able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time and have exceptional organizational skills
Ability to manage production schedules and vendors. You’ll work to coordinate vendor timelines and needs with internal timelines and resources
Work with key stakeholders to ensure all event materials, promotional materials, virtual event materials and presentations are current
Coordinate with the Marketing Team, as well as other cross-functional teams, to communicate event schedules, timelines, budgets, deliverables, goals, and set expectations
Understand project timelines and the event planning process. You’ll set/improve our project management process so that the team is efficient, turnkey where possible, and delivering consistent high-quality work

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Demonstrated event coordination experience required
Detail-savvy and outcomes oriented
Ability to communicate regularly and efficiently with stakeholders at various levels
Must have proven experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and is comfortable and successful in a fast-paced environment
Able to work effectively with all company levels from executives and senior management to outside partners and support staff
