The Events Supervisor plans, coordinates and executes a variety of regional and national events from conception through to completion, working directly with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives. The role covers event logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination and on-site management, as well as support with budgets, timelines, purchase orders and payment tracking. The person also coordinates marketing and promotional activities, assists with on-site set-up and tear-down, troubleshoots issues during events and contributes to post-event evaluation and reporting. It is a fast-paced position within an account management team focused on creating memorable brand experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements.
  • Work with team members to contribute to overall event experience design.
  • Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
  • Manage relationships with vendors including vendor sourcing through to production.
  • Support with event budgets, timelines, and schedules.
  • Support with financial control such as purchase orders creation, payment tracking
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities related to events.
  • Assist with on-site set up and tear down of events
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events.
  • Assist in post-event evaluation and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience on automotive categories is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
