As an Events Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of our apartment community, responsible for planning and executing resident events such as wine tastings, holiday parties, and fitness classes. You will provide concierge-level service to residents, assist with daily needs, and support the leasing team by greeting prospects and giving tours. Your role is to create a vibrant community culture and ensure residents feel at home.

Responsibilities

  • Create Unforgettable Experiences – Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging resident events that build community, encourage resident retention, and create memorable experiences throughout the year.
  • Be the Face of the Community – Welcome residents, guests, and vendors while providing exceptional concierge-level service with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
  • Community Connector – Stay connected with local businesses, restaurants, and entertainment to curate unique resident experiences and build valuable community partnerships.
  • Resident Experience Champion – Assist residents with questions, package management, amenity reservations, guest parking, maintenance requests, and everyday needs while creating a five-star experience.
  • Leasing Team Partner – Support the leasing office by greeting prospective residents, assisting with tours when needed, answering incoming calls, and helping ensure every prospect receives an exceptional first impression.
  • Amenity Ambassador – Help keep common areas, lounges, and amenity spaces welcoming, organized, and ready for resident enjoyment throughout the day.
  • Social Butterfly – Promote upcoming events, encourage resident participation, and help create an engaging community culture both in person and online.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes
  • Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, takes initiative and maintains confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, or equivalent work experience
  • Must have an aptitude for basic office procedures and previous experience in similar roles in hospitality, service, or commercial real estate industries
  • Proficient computer skills, including using Microsoft Office products in an office environment
  • Valid driver’s license to operate company-owned vehicles or to utilize own vehicle for work
