Event Coordinator

We’re looking for an experienced event coordinator to join our team organizing a portfolio of B2B events, including industry trade shows, festivals, conferences and awards programs across North America. The role involves coordinating logistics for face-to-face conferences, business festivals, trade shows and awards nights, liaising with key stakeholders such as speakers, sponsors, delegates and vendors, and running events on-site in the US and Canada. You’ll work within a small team of dedicated and hardworking staff around the world, and be part of flagship events like HR Future Fest in Toronto and IB Future Fest on Santa Monica Pier.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the logistics for face-to-face conferences, business festivals, trade shows and awards nights
• Liaising with key stakeholders - speakers, sponsors, delegates and vendors
• Running events on-site in the US and Canada
• Working within a small team of dedicated and hardworking staff around the world
• Running events like HR Future Fest

Requirements

• Bring 2+ years of hands-on event logistics experience
• Are based in Toronto and love being at the heart of the action
• Are ready to hit the road; ability to travel freely and regularly across Canada and the USA is required.
• Can seamlessly coordinate corporate events while thriving under tight deadlines
• Possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
• Radiate enthusiasm, positivity, energy and professionalism, and know how to build strong relationships with clients, delegates and vendors
