The company is seeking a Corporate AV Technician to support executive-level meetings, high-profile events and mission-critical collaboration spaces at a flagship client site in Los Angeles. The role owns the delivery of flawless audio visual experiences for live events, town halls and executive meetings, including pre-event testing and real-time support for senior stakeholders. The technician sets up and maintains video and audio conferencing environments across Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms, troubleshooting live issues as they arise. Day-to-day work also covers preventative maintenance, diagnosis of VTC endpoints, displays, projectors and audio systems, plus commissioning and testing of new AV installations. The position works closely with global AV teams and external vendors to maintain service excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver flawless AV experiences for live events, town halls, and executive meetings
  • Conduct pre-event testing and attend production meetings
  • Provide real-time, high-touch support to senior stakeholders
  • Set up and support video conferencing across Cisco, Polycom, Crestron environments
  • Manage and support Zoom Rooms & Microsoft Teams Rooms integrations
  • Troubleshoot live conferencing issues quickly and effectively
  • Support hybrid and virtual events using platforms such as Zoom, WebEx & Teams
  • Perform daily health checks and preventative maintenance across AV systems
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across VTC endpoints, displays, projectors, and audio systems
  • Support meeting rooms with presentations and multi-media requirements
  • Assist with commissioning, configuring, and testing new AV installations
  • Act as liaison between internal teams and external vendors
  • Manage AV asset inventory, lifecycle planning, and replacements
  • Work closely with global AV teams to maintain service excellence
  • Participate in regular operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Corporate AV / Event Technician (essential)
  • Strong technical expertise across video conferencing hardware and AV systems
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Polycom, Crestron technologies
  • Working knowledge of Zoom, Teams, WebEx environments
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and incident management skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Confident supporting executive-level stakeholders in high-pressure environments
