The Events Coordinator provides logistical and tactical support to the Events and Corporate Communications team and adult sports programming (Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, UHoops) at a Life Time club. This role coordinates event logistics, collaborates with internal teams and external vendors, and supports member retention by ensuring a successful program and outstanding member experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors
- Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables
- Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns
- Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- CPR and AED Certified
- Ability to travel as required
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Extensive knowledge of all club activities and promotions
- Excellent customer service and promotional skills
- Ability to build relationships with members
