This role is responsible for leading and elevating the company's brand presence across all touchpoints, strengthening market positioning, driving awareness, and executing high-impact events that generate pipeline and deepen customer engagement. The manager will work cross-functionally with growth, creative, HR, training, operations, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency in campaigns, communications, employee experiences, and customer interactions. This is a high-visibility role combining strategic brand leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Responsibilities
- · Develop Brand Strategy: Help define and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that strengthens market positioning, sharpens differentiation, and supports business growth objectives
- · Brand Governance: Ensure consistent application of brand standards, messaging, tone, and visual identity across all internal and external channels
- · Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor positioning, customer perception, and industry trends to continuously refine the brand strategy
- · Own Internal Brand Communications: Partner with HR, training, and operations leaders to embed brand messaging into internal communications, onboarding materials, training programs, leadership announcements, and company-wide initiatives
- · Strengthen Employee Alignment: Help ensure employees understand the company value proposition, market positioning, and customer promise so they can consistently represent the brand
- · Support Change Communications: Collaborate on mergers, integrations, transformation initiatives, and major company announcements to ensure clear, aligned messaging
- · Employer Brand Support: Partner with talent acquisition and HR teams to strengthen recruiting communications and employee engagement through consistent brand storytelling
- · Own Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute high-impact events including trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer appreciation programs, and internal meetings
- · Drive Pipeline Through Events: Build event strategies that directly support lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth goals
- · Cross-Functional Campaign Alignment: Partner with growth marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure campaigns and event programs are fully integrated
- · Content & Communications: Oversee development of brand and event-related content, including presentations, sales enablement materials, internal campaigns, promotional assets, and executive messaging
- · Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs for brand awareness, employee engagement, event ROI, and campaign effectiveness; report insights and recommendations
- · Budget Management: Manage brand and event budgets with discipline and focus on measurable business impact
- · Vendor & Partner Management: Manage agencies, event vendors, production partners, and external associations to deliver high-quality outcomes
Requirements
- · 10+ years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, event marketing, or B2B marketing
- · Proven track record managing brand campaigns, internal communications, and large-scale B2B events
- · Strong understanding of employee communications, buyer journeys, and multi-channel marketing
- · Experience collaborating with HR, operations, executive leadership, and sales teams
- · Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- · Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- · Analytical mindset with experience measuring brand and campaign performance
- · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- · Experience in enterprise services, facilities, industrial, or multi-site B2B industries
- · Experience with CRM, marketing automation, intranet, and internal communications platforms
- · Experience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) or field marketing initiatives
